At LÜME, every order is packed fresh in small batches and shipped with care from California.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and ship USPS Ground.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping rates for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery speed.

Because our granola is made in smaller batches using premium ingredients, processing times may occasionally increase during launches, promotions, or holidays. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost in transit, contact us at support@eatlume.co within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future, but we do not currently offer this right now.
