How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days but could be extended during periods of high demand. Shipping takes about 2-3 business days after processing to arrive. You will receive confirmation once your order ships. You can track your package from when it leaves our warehouse through its final destination.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays
Do we offer free shipping?
YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders in the US.
How do I track my package?
We send a tracking link to track your package in all shipping confirmation emails.
Where do we ship?
We ship to US delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also ship to Alaska & Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally. However, we’re working to make this a possibility.
What’s the status of my order?
We will email you a shipping confirmation once your order ships. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can click your tracking number to see the status of the delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We will do our ultimate best to cancel before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us as soon as possible to email@example.com. If the order has been processed for shipping we cannot cancel it.
Do you have a monthly subscription?
Yes! You can receive LÜME monthly by selecting the option labeled as "VIP" on the checkout page. This is an automatic shipment, free of hidden fees. You may cancel at anytime.
For a one time purchase only, you may select the 'One-Time Purchase' option.
Rest assured, regardless of the option you select, your payment information is safe. We utilize an encryption service to process all payments.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your information is highly encrypted and stored with our credit card processor — we do not have access to your credit card data. Your information is never shared with third parties.
Returns & exchanges?
At this time we do not issue returns or exchanges at the moment.
However, if your item is damaged we are happy to ship you a fresh new order or issue a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damage.
My Package Never Arrived:
First, please check your confirmation email to make sure your address details are correct and that your unit or apartment number is included if applicable.

Are your products vegan?
LÜME Fit is 100% vegan. However, all ingredients in LÜME GLOW are vegan besides pearl powder & marine collagen. Our pearl powder is sustainably sourced from freshwater pearls and no harm is induced.
Where are LÜME ingredients sourced from?
All of our ingredients are sourced from premium sources to ensure you receive a high quality product you’ll enjoy time and time again.
How long until I see results?
While we do craft our products to target specific health benefits, everyone's body is different so we cannot guarantee you're going to see results. Our products are meant to be an excellent addition to an existing healthy diet, exercise routine & self care routine, not a replacement. We do not make any medical claims to their effectiveness on everyone.
